WyoGives - A Virtual Fundraiser For Wyoming Non-Profit Organizations

July 15, 2020 is WyoGives, a day to bring the entire state together to help support our communities by raising money and awareness for Wyoming's non-profits. Due to COVID-19 most non-profit organizations have had to cancel in-person events and fundraisers that would have provided financial support for their groups. WyoGives is a 24-hour day of online giving that will help support these non-profits that are in need of financial support during this very difficult time.

By going to wyogives.org you get to choose which non-profit organization you would like to contribute to right here in Cheyenne or across the state. Some of the non-profit groups in the Cheyenne area that are participating in WyoGives include: Wyoming Breast Cancer Initiative, Cheyenne Capital Chorale, Habitat for Humanity of Laramie County, Alliance of Therapy Dogs, Needs Inc., Black Dog Animal Rescue, Boys and Girls Club of Cheyenne, and the BEAST Foundation to name a few. There are over 30 different Cheyenne non-profits participating this year. To see a full list of all of the organizations in Cheyenne and around the State of Wyoming that you can contribute to go to wyogives.org and search for your favorite non-profit.

To help make WyoGives Day a success many companies throughout Wyoming are stepping up and sponsoring different organizations by matching donations up to a certain amount. For example, right here in Cheyenne Wyoming Bank and Trust is teaming up with the Cheyenne Boys and Girls Club and has committed to matching up to $2,500 in donations.

Lets get out there Wyoming and support our favorite causes, and help our communities to continue to survive and thrive during these difficult times.
