Hell on Wheels Rodeo & Chuck Wagon Dinner

Come see bucking broncs, swift-moving barrel racers, and fearless cowboys at the Hell on Wheels Rodeo. Featuring Bull & Bronc Riding, Barrel Racing & Roping and a Chuck Wagon Dinner, this is Cheyenne's top rodeo outside of Frontier Days. A must-see for locals and tourists! Gates open at 5:00pm; Chuck Wagon Dinner is served at 5:30pm; Rodeo begins at 7:00pm.
Cheyenne's Farmers Market

Cheyenne's original and longest-running farmers market returns this week in the Cheyenne Frontier Days parking lot. Hosted by Community Action of Laramie County, it is one of CALC's largest annual fundraisers. It is the only farmers market in Cheyenne that accepts EBT/Snap benefits and has token programs for those that qualify to access fresh, local foods. See you at the market!
Jell-O Recipes Throughout History

This year's historic no-bake recipe program returns with of a focus on Jell-O! Explore the many sweet and savory recipes from throughout American history that have used gelatin. Discuss the history while making a simple Jell-O recipe. As the dish sets, go on a 30-45 minute tour of the Mansion. Program is free and open to the public. Registering ahead of time is requested so there are enough supplies for all those participating.
Southwest Pottery-Inspired Tangle Tiles

There are an infinite amount of possibilities! Use a variety of materials and tiles to create your own unique design including Bijou and Renaissance tiles, micron pens, graphite, charcoal and colored pencils. Safety Last!, Silent Movie Event

Join the Cheyenne Little Theatre Players for a silent movie showing of the 1923 film, Safety Last! Starring Harold Lloyd and certified fresh by Rotten Tomatoes, it tells the story of a boy leaving his small country town. He travels to the big city to get a job, so he can marry his sweetheart. Purchase of a ticket gets you one free small popcorn.
6th Annual We Got Your Back School Supply Giveaway

Let's send Cheyenne student youth into the new school year looking good, feeling good, and with all the support they need. Free haircuts and braiding available. School supplies available for Kindergarten-12th grade students. There will also be food, beverages and outside activities including music and entertainment for attendees to enjoy.
