Help Fill The Empty Dish Pet Pantry

Looking for a way to help out our furry friends during these uncertain times? Black Dog Animal Rescue has a program called The Empty Dish Pet Pantry. BDAR has been assisting members of the community with free dog and cat food along with other supplies during times of financial hardship. So far BDAR has provided over 50,000 pounds of free food and supplies to the Cheyenne community.

To receive assistance for your pet from the Pet Pantry you must fill out an application, which can be found online at bdar.org under the community services tab. Qualified pet owners in Laramie County can receive supplemental amounts of dog and cat food (as supplies allow) to help feed their pets.

If you are interested in helping support The Empty Dish Pet Pantry, call BDAR at 307-514-4024 to schedule a time to drop off your donation, or you can also drop off donations at Cottonwood Veterinary Clinic during the weekday before 3pm. Currently their greatest need is for bags of dry dog food. The demand for these resources are always greater than the supply, so any donations would be greatly appreciated.
